The Problem with Chiropractic, Acupuncture & Physiotherapy
Are you looking for a Chiropractor, Acupuncturist or Physiotherapist in the Tempe/Metro Phoenix area? Normally, a patient must make separate trips to separate offices to benefit from Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Physiotherapy. This makes getting the needed treatments very expensive in terms of money and time. Separate appointments with separate Doctors, who may not be anywhere near each other, and usually do not understand or even approve of the treatments being done by the other Doctors.
The Solution
We provide Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Physiotherapy in one office under the supervision of one Doctor. With this combination of therapies our average patient in pain is out of pain in 1-6 treatments. In our office, after your condition has been successfully treated, you can choose to return for maintenance treatment on a regular basis or you can choose to return as needed. Unlike some Chiropractic offices, we will not pressure you to come in three times per week for the rest of your life.
Consumer Reports Patient Satisfaction Survey
Consumer Reports conducted a survey which examined patient response and satisfaction on many different lower back treatments including Chiropractic Manipulation. In short, 14,000 Consumer Reports subscribers with lower back pain who had not had surgery were surveyed. Overall the respondents rated their pain as moderate to severe, recurrent and indicated that the pain severely impacted their activities of daily living most notably with sleep (46%), sex (24%) and maintaining a healthy weight (31%) for at least a week or more. Many indicated that they had tried multiple forms of treatment and subscribers were asked to rate their satisfaction of these treatments as well as their satisfaction with the healthcare provider. Hands on therapies were the most favorable treatments and topping this list was Chiropractic Manipulation with 59% of the respondents completely or very satisfied with their treatments:
| Patient Satisfaction and Profession | |
|---|---|
| 59% | Chiropractic Manipulation |
| 55% | Physical Therapy |
| 53% | Acupuncture |
| 44% | Physician, Specialist |
| 34% | Physician, Primary Care |
